"Annie"

Today is the first time I have done the WOD at home, very different. Melissa was not home so it was just me making a fool of myself and being very frustrated with double unders.

50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds of:
Double-unders
Sit-ups
I completed this in 10min flat, here were my splits
50-3:47
40-5:40
30-8:00
20-9:15
10-10:00
Duoble unders are difficult to complete consecutively if you do not have the experience, which I don not have. Times inbetween sets were different because I would have trouble with my double unders. A good jump rope will definetly make a big difference. I purchased a $6 one from Sports Authority, do not get me wrong it is a good rope just not for speed. I will be practicing double unders and jump rope skills in general from here on out.
