Break'n them in

Today was the first time I used my rings, they are sweet, however, provide alot of dynamic component to the exercise. Today's WOD
Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
15 Pull-ups
15 Ring push-ups
15 Back Extensions
15 GHD Sit-ups
I achieved 5 rounds, there is not a GHD machine in the gym so I did swiss ball situps with my feet anchored and my knees extended, very interesting I must say. After the workout I decided to play around with the rings. The only spot I found to place my rings for muscle ups was on the basketball support that was anchored to the wall. No I did not do any muscle ups, they are very difficult. They are something that I will be practicing very often
