All this week I will be completing the WODs with Josh as he was able to get me a week pass to his gym and tonight was night #1
Five rounds for time of:
275 pound Deadlift, 5 reps
10 Burpees
205 is my max for deadlifts so I worked with 185

I was satisfied that my total was 7:06, but not because after talking with Josh I probably should have deadlifted 195 or even go for 205. I am still learning how to scale my workouts to accomodate for my lack of strength on some of the WODs. I guess it just takes time. I did push my self, I did not break my deadlifts but I did with the burpees. I am sure I will feel it tomorrow.
