A big YOUR WELCOME

As Josh mentioned we teamed up the other day on an attempt to assist each other on weaknesses we have. I just hope the things I noticed make sense to Josh and that they help him target those areas to better his perfomance on certain WODs. I am very grateful for Josh introducing CrossFit to me and for the friend and support he has been to me in CrossFit and in life. I respect his input on questions I have in and out of CrossFit. Anytime you need another set of eyes give me a call!

I also had something for Josh to lay eyes on, my right shoulder. We came to a consensus that my proprioception is what is the problem, which in turn is related to my lack of strength in that side. Proprioception is the ability to recognize where your body is in space without looking at it. The proper position of my shoulder feels not right to me, so I always try to compensate for the correct feeling which is not right. I just need to go throught the WOD without thinking about it which Josh says is better than if I think about it. Josh, thanks for your insight!!

(What a team we would make if we had our own box)

13:12 was my time. Josh and I did this together which is always nice to have that push. I was trying to lap him and he was trying to keep me from lapping him. Great time. I agree with Josh, under estimated the ring pulls. Both of our times would have been less and I think sub 10 if we had the ability to do regular pulls. DAMN GLOBO GYMS!!

Looking forward to Helen tomorrow, I feel my active hip work will help me with the KB swings.
