Quickly I forgot to mention my split jerk numbers from a couple of days ago
Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
135, 145, 155, 165, 170(f), 170, 175(f)
I failed on my first attempt at 170 because I did not get under the bar quick enough and it ended up being a press instead of a jerk, same thing happened for the 175. Mentally I am afraid to drop the weight and without bumper plates it would make alot of noise dropping 175 from overhead

Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
It felt like a bodybuilding routine. I have not done a bodybuilding workout since I started CrossFit and this felt weird. I know the Bench is a power movement like the squat and should be worked on to strengthen the Pecs, just felt weird.
145# for BP with 10, 8, 8, 7, 7. Pullups 30, 20, 20, 15, 15. For some reason I did not feel up to the workout today, but I pushed through it the best I could. Next up Front Squats. I am very upset that I can not do Karen as I do not have my medicine ball yet.
