The real version of this Wod was as a video for the journal and is

10 burpees.
I did it with 155 lbs and I did it in 11:34
Then I practiced some skills like a wide grip shoulder press and squat form with midline stabilization. Then I headed to my PT session to work on shoulder mobility and strength. Needless to say, my shoulders are wrecked. I'm not sure I will be able to reach overhead for a week. Regardless, it was a good day and I feel like my shoulder range is improving. I still have a catch point of impingement at external rotation, but I am hoping that goes away with some time and ice. Tomorrow, I will focus on legs with a run, deadlift, box jump WoD I found, unless the main site wod is within my restrictions.
