My First Video

So I decided with Fridays WOD I would record myself so I could see what it looks like and I was able to do it at home. Here was the WOD
10 rounds for time of:
10 Pull-ups
10 Ring dips

My time 12:22, I wanted sub 12 but that is how the game goes. If you watch the video you can forward to the end and see how the ring dips slowed me down. Here it is! Any comments are appreciated.

Side note the angle of the cammera is not that great. My shoulders do fall below my elbows for ring dips and my chin is over the bar for the pulls!

OK so the limit is 100MB and the video file is 1.3G so just over, so I am unable to post the WOD, however, I have a different video. This is a question for JOSH. What is up with my right infraspinatus in this video????? Pause it in the up position and look at the difference. Please post your reply in the comments sections.

the shadow on your left side makes it hard to compare sides... But it looks like the R scapula shifts/wings laterally with too much association between humerous and scapula. That allows the infraspinatos to 'overcontract' and look all 'jacked-up' Maybe middle traps and rhomboids aren't activating enough (strong enough)to hold the scapula in place against infraspinatus contraction.
