Today was another WoD with my newbee friend.
21, 15, 9 reps of
Kettle bell swings (1.5/1 pood)
Box jump (24/18 inch)
push press (85/45 pounds)
My time was 7:08 and his was nearly 8 minutes. It was a good WoD for him, and it pushed me a bit, but it wasn't a really hard metcon. I slept in and didn't do Nicole this morning, and now I am regretting it. I need to rest tomorrow, but maybe I'll do nicole Thursday and just be a day behind. This weekend I am putting in a pull upbar in my garage and I think I found some cheap oly bars on craig's list. Maybe I can do some more WoDs at home soon. I think I need to borrow Jason's measuring wheel too, to figure out some running distances at my neighborhood too.
