Plateau?

Today was the CFT, a 1RM of backsquat, shoulder press and deadlift. I struggled to hit my last PR on back squat, could not quite get to my last PR on shoulder press and was completely out of it for my deadlift. I worked up to 355 (PR was 380) and failed x2. Out of frustration, I did 3-3-3 of 315 deadlift, just to say that I got some heavy lifting in today. I knew the day would come when my numbers wouldn't jump up each time, and I think I may be there. It has been about 7 months and I still see gains, but gone are the days of 15 pound jumps in lift PRs and decreases in metcons by 2-3 minutes or more. Today was definately affected by my schedule. The CFT requires a lot of time to recover between attempts and to work up to weights. I didn't have a lot of time, so I rushed it a little too much. That undoubtedly hurt my performance, but I also wasn't going at it aggressively today. I have been in a bit of a Crossfit funk lately, and I need to get back the passion when I attack a weight or WoD. Maybe this time off for PT will give me a bit of a break.
