Back Squats

3-3-3-3-3 back squats.
315, 325, 325, 335 (fail after 2 reps) 335 (fail after 2 reps).
The nice thing about this one is that I went in with a little less than full intensity and having had done angie only 10 hours prior, but still got a PR. My hips were sore from 100 squats, so there was potential for an even higher number with full rest.
My previous PR had been 315, so I was pretty pleased with the increase by 10 pounds.
Lets see Jason beat that one :-)
