HS P.U.

I have been working pretty hard on my HSPU lately, and felt like I wasn't getting anywhere. I watched some videos that said I should learn open floor hand stands and forward rolls first. On Sunday, I worked up to a 2-3 second mid-floor hand stand and my forward rolls stopped crash landing on my back. I still can't get balanced with supine handstands on the wall, but i am getting closer.

Today - Diane. I have feared this one for a while.

But first...
3x3 of Deadlift @ 345, 355, 360 (new PR and only 15 lbs away from 1RM)

then Diane in 13:11.
I really wanted 10 min, but those HSPU killed me. I think this was my best performance yet with hand stands, but I still need a lot of work. It was only at the end that I needed to be farther from the wall, and I don't really think it helped all that much. Still, by next time i want to be doing it in a supine position.
Tomorrow will be the lunges, box jumps and weighted pull ups. My posterior chain will be DEAD on Wednesday.
