Last attempt at this WOD I was unable to do a Muscle Up and scaled the cleans to 95# with a time of 27:20. Today as Rx'd. I knew going into the WOD that the cleans would slow me down and they did. The cleans are practically body weight for me. I am really excited about my performance. I am getting better at picking up the bar when I am not ready to and I can do 135# HPC's.
I say Humbly Ecstatic as I am once again reminded by Josh that I have some work to do, as he posted a time of 9:29.
