Look What I Found



I'm trying to embed a Youtube video. After watching the video of my dead lifts, I found a pattern. I let my hips rise before the weight comes off the ground. Based on "Starting Strength" this is a BAD thing, but also a common thing. Doing this eliminates the quads from the list and puts all of the load on the glutes and hamstrings. I know the starting position I should have, I just need to start the lift without lifting my hips before the weight moves.
