One Sick Performance

After fighting a fever and the accompanying ailments, I really wanted to get back into a Wod today. Nyquil prevented me from doing anything this morning, so I decided to do the Rx cindy tonight. I started with the CFSB shoulder press and got 155x3 and 160x2 (close to a new PR) and 15,11,9 at 95 pounds (very close to Rx protocol). 1 hour later I did Cindy (I'm loving the home gym). I knew I wasn't 100% and wouldn't get a PR, but wanted to at least get my HR up. I started to feel pretty good and went hard at it. I eventually hit 23 + pull ups and 6 pushups. I think I may have undercounted and done one less round, but I can't be sure, so I averaged 22.5 and 23.5 to be 23 rounds. I think I could have gotten 24 or maybe 25 if fresh, but I cannot imagine ever going >25. I know my pushups could have gone up in intensity, but still, Speal is not human.
