Good News/Bad News

Yesterday's chipper wod wasn't as bad as I expected. It was:
For time:
25 Walking lunge steps
20 Pull-ups
50 Box jumps, 20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents
19:56
The rope climbs killed my time as I am not yet used to locking in my feet and the climbs consisted of a bunch of 1/2 climbs. Next time, on a chipper, I need to just keep moving.

Today, for a rest day, I decided to do back squats of 5x3. There weren't many people, so Peter could focus on my form. Ithought backsquats were a strength for me, but he noticed my knees migrating in and I was going a bit too slow and shallow on the way down. This is good news because now I can work on in and fix it, but bad news because my 3rm of 345 probably shouldn't count and I need to work on form at slightly lighter weights for a while. That is the problem with someone watching your form, they can notice things you don't, but it forces you to get better.
