it was a busy time with lots of great experiences. Unfortunately, Crossfit does not always fit into life. We didn't get in any WoDs (even though we were physically busy most of the time) and we didn't exactly eat "in the zone." We were limited to the food prepared for us and most mexican food isn't 'zone'. As a result, I got WAY out of sync. In an attempt to get back into some kind of rhythm, I tried a modified WoD.
I did a version of a WoD from last week
25 pullups
25 pushups
25 situps
25 squats
50 pullups
50 pushups
50 situps
50 squats
I didn't to the round of 75 because I needed to focus on metcon and the last round would be a long, drawn out battle of muscle fatigue. I finished in 13:51, then, 10 minutes later did an 800m sprint in 3:01. That was very ugly. But, to get back on the horse, sometimes you need to get kicked in the head first. I need to get back into the zone, and get back into a routine. Hopefully I can do this before the competition at fury on Friday
