Another WoD with HSPU. You would think I would be getting good at these by now.
First 10 min double unders = 482. So close to 500, but maybe with my rope...Maybe not.

I started to get into a bit of a rhythm towards the end. I realized that I needed to try to get in as many reps of HSPU as possible my first set, because I tank fast. My last round started with 7. Why can't I keep that up the whole time and stick with 5's? not sure, but it is time to start doing them most nights again. I think I will work on doing multiple sets of 5 reps with less rest. Maybe some OHS tonight too. Haven't done those enough lately.
