I decided to do a mainsite WOD today, mainly because I need work on my Front Squats
AMRAP in 12min
5 Front Squats 135#
8 Chest to Bar pullups
20 Double Unders
8rounds +5+8
Rx weight for Front Squats was 185#, 135# was just fine for me. All Front Squats were unbroken, however, they were heavy for me. All in all it was a good WOD
