I am not feeling well at all!! I am prone to getting sinus infections when the weather changes or there is crap in the air and right now I am all stuffed up. It gets so bad that it hurts my top teeth and makes eating uncomfortable. I wanted a short WOD today just to say that I did something and this is what I did, should have taped it but forgot

Shoulders were more sore than I thought, I forget during DU you really stabilize your shoulders at your side and use mostly your wrists, BURNING!! All HSPU were unbroken and got caught once on the DU
