Cindy was Cleaning with a Jerk
Mainsite WOD
1 Clean and Jerk
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
1300 with 165# C&J
The C&J weight was perfect as the last 2-3 rounds I was fighting to get the weight out of the squat.
