Yesterday morning (black friday), lifetime was having a crossfit class for an hour.  Because it was free, and I am cheap, I went along.  It was a good class, but I can't help but feel like I sold out a bit and caved in to the pressures of the ubiquitous Glogo gym.  The class focused mostly on Tabattas with lots of squats, lunges, pushups and sprints.  They had us do a couple of group games with sprinting and work with medicine balls throughout.  Like I said, it was a good workout, and it pushed me. 
I wasn't really sore from the triathlon, but I am a bit sore now from the squats yesterday.  Deadlifts should be interesting later today.  I have been reading more on form and will try to preserve my form a little bit more with the heavier weights.
