Squats and muscle ups WoD - 29:09
The 250 squats were the easy part.  I tried muscle ups for the first time today.  They only place to hang my home made rings at the gym is a little too low, so I couldn't get a good leg kick.  That meant a little cheat with a toe push on the floor for the transition from pull-up to dip.  That worked for 2 sets, then I switched to pull-ups and ring dips for the third and fourth sets.  I didn't think I could get blisters on the side of my hands, but that is where the rings hit my hands.  The good news, one of the gym trainers came by and I found out she is CF certified.  I will have to talk with her more about Oly lift trainings, maybe with christmas money.
