my own litle tabatta

In preparation for the triathlon on Thursday, today was my last workout before a 2-day rest period. I tried for tabatta rounds with running, biking and rowing, then some swimming. Unfortunately, I couldn't go from one element to the next as fast as I had hoped. I got on 2 separate bikes that were broken before finding a third that worked. That bike had its own problems. Then the rowing was hard to push as much as I wanted. Oh well, at least I got in some exercise before my big rest. Swimming was fine. Right now, it is more about getting wet and staying as proficient as possible. Hopefully all goes well on thanksgiving day. I'll post my results.
