I have been encouraging Jason in the early stages of Crossfit by telling him that he would get better soon, and that it took me a while to do WoDs as Rx.  Well, the inevitable has happened.  I posted a 10:32 for the double under + sit ups.  He has beaten my time on the first of many workouts. 
I don't have any great excuses.  I subbed tuck jumps for double unders because instead of "double unders", I have "trip on the rope, whip myself in the shins and fall downs".  The tuck jumps weren't the problem.  The problem is that I SUCK at sit ups.  I had to break up the sets with 10-15 second rests and my reps weren't all that fast. 
I clearly need to work on my double unders, as well as the gymnastic moves I have been working on already.  It seems like the more time I spend in this program the more I realize I need to work on.
