I cleaned with a jerk

Today was a strength/power day
Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
95-105-115-125-130-135-140(f)-130

I feel what makes this diffiuclt is the clean part, exploding the weight off of the floor and onto your shoulders. The jerk part is easier for me, getting the weight from your shoulder up overhead in a locked out position with your arms. I feel my upper trapezius muscles are too weak to handle the heavy loads, I can get the weight to about nipple line and cant get it higher to get my body underneath the bar. I ended the workout practicing with 95lbs. I also purchased a jump rope for tomorrow's WOD which I will be able to complete at home. It will be interesting to see how well I do as I need practice with double unders.
