After much searching, I found a spot at our gym where I can hang up my rings high enough for muscle up training.  Unfortunately, I still cannot do a muscle up.  It was after a tough workout with lots of dips, but I think that as little to do with my inabilities to complete the transition.  I will definately need to work more on these if I am going to avoid killer numbers of pull ups and dips.
Today's WoD,
3 rounds for time of...
50 box jumps at 24 inches (only a 20 inch box at the gym)
21 reps of 185 pound deadlift
30 pull ups (did dips instead, on account of my hands looking like raw hamburger)
Splits 5:55, 12:00, 18:42
This was a lot like the previous day's workout, and my time was surprisingly similar.  Go figure.
