Today's Wod was 50 lbs for 10 steps of squats, then 15 KB swings - 5 rounds for time.  I completed it in 5:32, but I unfortunately felt a major pain in my L quad with the first R step lunge.   It didn't quit for all of the reps, but I forced it through.  I was planning to go for a 5K run as a TT, but after my warm-up half mile, I realized I should let my quad rest for more time.  I will try running later this week if possible. 
I also saw that the WoD for tomorrow is a total of 30 muscle ups (or substitute pullups and dips).  My R hand is still pretty raw from the torn blister, so I may try another workout tomorrow to save my hands a little.  I will probably try fight gone bad tomorrow.  Friday night is a light day in the gym, so it is a good time to monopolize a corner for 20 minutes of pain.  I am looking for a place to work on muscle ups (i.e. a high bar to hang my rings from).  I am anxious to find a place and try this workout.
