Okay, so I have again been negligent in posting.  I have done a couple of WoDs without posting. 
1) after my 10K on my own, they posted a 10k run the very next day.  So I did a 10K row instead.  I did it in 40:46.  I read articles and watched training videos and got a lot of good info on how to improve time.  I have always enjoyed rowing, Now I am getting pretty proficient at it.
2) Hang power cleans 185, 195, 195, 205, 205, 210 (fail), 210 (PR by 15 pounds!).  Then I worked through the rowing muscle ups and decided to go for the real thing and got 2 real muscle ups!!! Then, I thought why not, and I worked on my double unders.  I worked throught the progression of 1,1, 2,1,1,2,  and got my rhythm.  I also worked on holding the handles farther down in my hands and keeping my knees straight.  I then worked up to 50 straight double unders!!! 
AWESOME WORK OUT!!!!  I have certainly not mastered the muscle up or the double under, but I crossed some pretty major mental blocks today and am on my way to new skills.
3) Mr. Joshua.  This is 5 rounds of 400m run, 30 GHD sit ups, 250 pound deadlift x15 reps.  I scaled to abmat situps with the balance disc and 205 lb deadlifts.  I did it in 24:45.  next time, I want to the the prescribed deadlift weight, but I am still a little afraid of the GHD sit ups.  There are a lot of warnings about the intensity of these on the postings.
I am definatley feeling a surge in the program this week.  I am headed to the hockey game tonight (Redwings vs. Coyotes) but I am anxious for tomorrow's wod.
