I ahve been pretty busy, but here is my attempt to catch up.
FGB- 3 rounds, i scored 285 ish.  on a couple of elements I had to try real hard to remember my numbers while resting for the 1 minute.  I think I got it all right.
Michael - 24:39.    I really need to work on my sit-ups.  I just can't seem to put many together unbroken.  I guess I know what I need to hit hard.
Murph - 40:51.  My unofficial goal was 40 minutes, so i did pretty well I guess.  I broke it into 10 sets of 10 pullups, 20 pushups, 30 squats.  Towards the end I broke up each of those into 2 or 3 mini sets, but to keep count I stayed on the same exercse until I finished an even set.  The end run on a treadmill was killer and I showed mental weakness and let up on the treadmill pace too much.  I guess it is a sufficient benchmark for next time.
I am looking into the Zone diet and tried it a little bit today.  My lunch was huge and I realized that a spontaneous dinner with friends totally screws it all up.  Oh well, I guess I just need to figure out my boring routine and make it happen once I am beck to a regular work schedule.
