Today's WoD was 30 reps of muscle ups for time. 
So I did my normal warm up with a little less on pushups.  Then, I went to the basketball court and set up on the horizontal support and got psyched up.  Then, I sucked.  I got two easily, then I couldn't manage to get another.  I struggled for a while, and got really frustrated.  I mean REALLY frustrated.  I went ahead and did 30 ring pull ups and dips, but this wasn't all that hard.  I had some more time, so I went up and worked on the rowing version of muscle ups.  I did 15 of these in about 5-6 sets.  I know I need to work on the gymnastic skills (rings, HSPU, etc), but I have a hard time fitting in the time to work on them around the other WoDs and the drain they place on my system.  I am wondering about taking a day off per week to work on just the gymnastic skills.  We'll see.  Right now, I feel like punishing myself with kelly.    I know I can still kick my own tail around the gym.
