Tweaked

I couldn't get to the gym yesterday, So I made up a WoD for at home: Tabata sprints, then tabata squats. I couldn't measure distance on the sprints, but it definately decreased by the 8th round. On the squats, I kept it at 16 for all 8 rounds, and will try for 17 or 18 next time.

Today's WoD (one day behind)
1-1-1-1-1 shoulder press - max at 155
3-3-3-3-3 Push Press - max at 165
5-5-5-5-5 Push Jerk. - max at 150

I did a ton better on the earlier phases then faded as I fatigued. I hit a PR on the SP, met my previous record on PP, and 5 lbs less on PJ. when I fatigue, I lose midline stabalization, so I put too much strain on my lower back. My PJ form is BAD to begin with, and I struggle with the shoulder mobility and strength to 'stick' the press. on the heavier weights. Next time I do this, I need to stay with lighter weights and work on form. I like heavy days, but my lower back will be upset with me for 2-3 days as a result of not using my abs to stabilize enough. Tomorrow, I will just do hockey, and maybe skip the rowing Wod. My gym's rowers are nowhere near the pullups, and i think I could only get 4-5 rounds in due to travel time. If I need a Wod, i may come back to it later next week.
