I can't do Linda today because I am still trying to stick to my restrictions for WoDs.  I have been wanting to break in my new wallball, and what better way than 150 wallball shots for time. 
Total time: 10:14.  I completely underestimated this one.  I had hoped for 20-25 reps/minute, but ended up averaging 15.  I got through the first 60 in rounds of 20 over about 40 seconds each minute.  then I died.  It was actually my legs that got tired from the low squat, but I guess that means my form was good (not too much arms).  I look forward, as always, to trying this one a second time in 2-3 months to see if I can make a major improvement.
