Now, THAT is the way it is done!!!

I was able to complete the WOD from my home today as I have a pullup bar and mapped out exactly 400M around my block. The WOD was "Nicole" It was different this time around as I was able to go right from running to pullups and vice versa, instead of walking upstairs to the treadmill and waiting 20secs for it to get up to speed. The transition was seamless which made it that much more difficult. Last time I did "Nicole" I used kipping pullups, this time around CHEST to BAR. I feel I am good at my kips and can do many unbroken. I felt I needed to work on full range of motion at the top of the pull, this also made it more difficult. Here are the numbers.

I am still working on the POSE method to running which I feel is getting better I just need to learn how to run faster using POSE
