First of all, are I'm not sure ACDC goes with a dots background.
yesterday's WoD:
10 rounds of 10 pullups and 10 ring dips.  14:27.  I really wanted sub 12 but it was not in the cards today.  I am still working on getting my pull ups back.  Not an excuse, but still frustrating.  I should have smoked through more rounds of pull ups, but got hung up on them on too early a round.  The bar at the park was a little too low, so my kip wasn't in full rhythm, but it all came down to 3 weeks without any pullups makes for me being out of form. 
Today:
Fight Gone Bad - 3 rounds (I can't imagine 5 rounds of this): 290.
This was a 5 rep increase from my last score, but I was truly disappointed in my performance in the shoulder press and a little in the Sumos.  I had hoped for more increase sinde the last time I did FGB, but it is still an improvement.  300 will have to wait for next time.
