Today was a long description for a short WoD.  Basically, 100' of walking lunges and pushups and situps in 21,18,15,12,9,6 rep scheme.  I did it in 10:53.  I broke up the pullups on the 2nd, 3rd and 4ths sets (2 sets) but I might have been able to do it unbroken.  I should ahve pushed a little harder.  I feel, however, like I am back to where I was earlier with pull ups.  I still need improvement obviously, but I got the rhythm back and I got out the first 21 without problem.  Now, more work on overhead stuff. 
BTW. I didn't make boxes as planned.  I may in week or two, but Aubri talked me into taking an complete rest day.  I have been working a lot and a day without any projects or tasks was nice.  When I do make boxes, Jason is welcome to join me and make some of his own.
