I am planning to teach my friend (shon) how to do CFT on monday night, so today I did the Wod posted after CFT.

last time was 19:19, so almost a full minute less.  I was pretty happy to hit this big of an improvement, but I should have pushed a little harder on the run each time.  I should have been sub 18.  next time...
