This one has been a frustration up to this point.  After I got muscle ups, I dreaded this one because it always beat me.  Torn wrists, bad form, major goat.  This time, I was ready. 
I started with 3x5 of shoulder press 120, 130, 135.  I could not have done 140, and I'm not sure if I can next time, but I will go for it.  I still think there is a flaw in my form that keeps me from getting overhead well, just not sure what it is.  Then I did 15,12,9 at 95 lbs.  This time it looked better, but still not all unbroken.  i got 15, (8,4), (5,4).  I got all reps in, but not unbroken.  Next time, unbroken for sure. 
Then 30 mups in 14:39.  I tried to stick to one every 10 seconds, but it was too hard to keep checking my time and losing my grip.  I started estimating and going as quick as I could with enough rest.  I made it through 6 in 1 minute, 4 or 5 in the second, and no misses until 16.  I slowed down a ton and took 3 minutes for the last 5 reps.  It takes a lot of energy to miss, and that really slowed me down at the end.  I definitely see how a little improvement in this can make a major time difference as you can maintain the pace and have fewer misses.  I look forward to this one again, but I don't think I will do it after SP.  My upperbody is toast.

Next shoulder day 3x3 130, 135, 140-145 and then hit the protocol hard 15-12-9. Great job with the MUs!!!! Next time 8min
