this was as much about going from a heavy lift to a skill movement and a speed movement.  It definitely got tricky.  The jumps got into my head and I missed 5-6 jumps, most on the first round.  It was a good Wod.  We also did some heavy lifting first.
front squats 3x5 at 245 5rm
Back squts 20 reps at 225. 
I like heavy lifting, it makes up for all of the weaknesses I have in other areas.
