I'm very happy with the time improvements.  I wore the knee pads from our flooring install to keep from destroyin gmy knee caps.  I still 'kissed' the ground with my knee to avoid any time assist from less eccentric slowing.  I was determined to not break up the pullups and I didn't.  The situps were paused on the round of 15 and 12.  The kips really get to my abs for some reason, so situps right after get a good burn going. 
I play hockey tonight and hope I haven't screwed myself.  tomorrow nasty girls, and I'm looking forward to faster muscle ups.
