I revisited an old friend today: Fight Gone Bad.  This was one of my early WoDs and an old nemesis.  We did it with some friends, so I tried to teach them the movements too.  My last score was 290, so I really wanted to blow 300 out of the water.  I came across some videos where Kelley Starret talked about form and watched some others pace themselves to >300.  This helped me konw how to attack it.  Here is the breakdown: Rd #1  126, Rd#2  102, Rd#3  90 = 318.  That is a PR by 28!  I was very happy, but know I can do even better next time.  My goal was 20 on every exercise except rowing (calories burn off slowly).  I got it on 10/12 rounds and even one of the rowing rounds.  The wall ball gave me some trouble on the last round (usually a strength for me) but I did a ton better on the bar exercises.  No one item droped off too far in reps from round to round, but I wish I could have gotten >100 on round 3. 
In any case, I did awesome on this WoD and i am thrilled with the results.
