Tonight I did the clean and jerk ladder at 135lbs.  I started with OHS for a 3rm.  This was ugly.  Sometimes I just cannot find my midline and get all squirmy.  Today was one of those days.  I struggled to get 135x3.  When I backed off to 95 and got 5, i went back up and got 135 with relative ease.  I jumped to 155 for a pr and only got 2 before my overhead failed.  
Then the WoD:  i got through 7 rds + 4 reps.  My overhead jerks turned into thrusters to keep my cycle time up.  Unfortunately my midline was NOT stable and I felt it in my lower back with major hyperextension.  Nevertheless, I got more than last time when I goofed and only did cleans and only got through 7 rounds total.  I tried to finish with HSPU but the lack of overhead prowess was again evident tonight.
