It is interesting to see the change in some of the exercises.  Some were identical (or very close) because you can only cycle through so fast.  Only the Brupees were >11 second difference.  I thought I went faster on Wall ball and K2E, but I didn't.  I felt better with them both, but just need to rest less.  I decided with the burpees to just keep going, and that is where the difference was made up.  I don't know how people get this done in under 18 minutes, it seems impossible given how long some of these reps take.  A virtual filthy 50 would be interesting.  Gotta be happy with almost a full minute improvement though.
