Friday
In the am I did the DL CFSB and got 385 x2.  I was close to getting it up a third time, but my back rounded too much and I didnt want to hurt myself so I was happy with 2 after a good work up through 365 and 375 x3 each.  In the afternoon I did the pull up ladder again. Last week I did this on my own and got 16 + 14 reps.  Friday I got 17 rds plus 11 reps.  That is a good improvement in 1 week.  I agree with Jason that my PR of 18 rds on the split pullup bar at the gym may not be valid without certainty that I made it over with my chin.  
Today
I had to work, so I didn't get to a WoD until the evening.  I have been wanting to work on my 1rm C&J.  I warmed up a bit, then went for 7x1.  I mad it to 215 for a clean and Jerk with a press out on the jerk on round 4.  Then I finished out with my clean 1rm attempts.  I got to 240 when I ran out of weight.  I think i could do 250, but I need more weight first.  
The Kids
My kids love playing on the equipment and doing workouts too.  Yesterday I gave them a 3 rouds WoD of 5 ring rows, 5 box jumps and a heavy ball carry to the end of the driveway and back.  It was scaled for both of them and they both did awesome.  After, I had Megan work on her box jump.  She is NOT a daredevil and really struggles with physicl challenges.  She worked through her fears and got up to a height of 15 inches.  I was very proud of her.  Here is a video of one of her many reps. I forgot that video cannot be rotated, sorry.

She hasn't been feeling well lately, but got back into it this week.  She did the 4x800 (cannot find the numbers) 2 nights ago and a spin class yesterday.  She did 100 burpees for time tonight in 13:42.  A bit sower than last time, but she said that she kept much better form with full depth and more jumps versus steps back to standing.
