I did all HSPU prone to wall, as I knew this would really taz my already weak HSPU skills.  I seriously got stuck on the hand stands.  I was down to sets of 1 or 2 at times.  The dips and pushups were only a little hard because of the obvious shoulder strain, but the HSPU really slowed my time a ton.  Nevertheless, I feel like I made progress and I should be able to do a lot better next time a high rep HSPU wod comes around (think diane)  I am getting more conficent with the kick up style, but cannot manage high reps given my balance loss with fatigue.  I'll get there, it will just take more time.  
I also got a new 3rm dead lift at 380.  I slowly worked up to 365 to maintain my back stability and got 380 with only the slightest of lumbar mobility and no grip problems.  I was very happy with the results.  Now I need to get the BS stronger.
