Today was my first WoD at Fury.  We started with a body weight warm-up on our own, then did snatch work.  It was great to have Peter watch my form (as well as the other clients) and give me some pointers.  I kept it light to work on form without overloading.  I need to work on not landing so wide at the feet and being more active overhead.  
Then we did Annie

double unders and situps.

I started with some trouble on the double unders.  I used one of their buddy lee ropes but it was a little shorter than i am used to.  It was an otherwise normal struggle with rhythm on double unders and laboring through 150 situps.  I really need to get better at high rep situps.  I guess I just need to do more of them.
