Today I scored a 384.  That is a PR by 9, so I am happy with that, but I know 400 was attainable.  I don't know the full break down, but the pullups started with 12x2, pushups 15x2, situps 12 and 11 and squats 20x2.  The last 2 sets of everything were too low and my sit-ups were way too slow.  I don't know how to make them go faster, I just get stuck in the mud.  I think I was more consistent in the middle, but I need to sell out completely at the 7th and 8th rounds.  
We ended with 2 200m sprints.  That was killer.  by the end, my glutes were toast and in serious lactic burn.  I couldn't stand for 5 minutes after.  No stretch or position helped.  I am still feeling it, but it was a good finisher.  Next time I need to get 400+ with faster sit-ups, and better later rounds.  I think my starting numbers are good, if I can keep the later rounds higher.
Plan for next tabatta: 10s across for pullups, 12s across for pushups, 12s across for situps and 20s for squats = 80+96+96+160=432
