I am back into hockey again, and have to try to find a middle ground between my love for hockey and crossfit.  If I play Sunday night, I won't have the same mojo for a Monday wod.  I don't want to miss wod's, but I don't know that 6 days/week is a good long term plan.  Maybe Mondays are an active rest day for me.  Then again, I know I cannot turn off the intensity, so that won't work either.  Maybe I'll ask peter and see what he suggests.

So close to sub 8, but I really felt the fatigue in my legs in the first round.  i attribute this to hockey.  It took me 3 sets to finish the rd of 21, when it has only taken 2 sets previously.  I still got a pr by 36 seconds, but I should have smoked this one even faster.  This is a case in point for my need to figure out what I am going to do with my schedule and hockey.  On a side note, my grip felt weak by the end.  That doesn't bode well for fran on Wednesday and 45 pullups at speed and without breaks.
