Sometimes life gets in the way, and this was one of those times.  After a 30 minute hill run on Thursday (unknown distance) and a rest day on Friday, I planned to do Chief with Jason on Saturday, but truck shopping kept that plan from happening.  Then I had hockey on Sunday, so I went 4 days without a major WoD.  Today was:

225,245,255,265,275 (fail on 3rd rep)
275 was my previous pr, but I wasn't surprised to miss it given the lapse, hockey last night, and a bruised R lateral knee from a blocked shot.  Then we rowed a 7k for time.  I got 7:05, but really wanted sub 7.  I just started a little too hot and couldn't keep my pace down.  I get too excited on the rowing and get myself into trouble going too fast too soon.  Next time I'll get it for sure.
