Angie.  I hate angie.  Angie takes several things I am not good at and puts them together in high reps and back-to-back.  Namely pullups, pushups and situps.  I was still a little sore from the competition, but after a 2 mile jog the night before, I am feeling a little better.  This morning was going to be rough.  
I had a plan, though.  Thinking back to my Tabata score, If I can break things up into a 20/10 time scheme, I can get a lot better time.  So my plan was for 10 pullups every 30 seconds (5 minutes) and 12 pushups every 30 seconds (4 minutes).  I planned on situps and squats being an attempt to go all out and as unbroken as possible.  
Total time = 17:02!!!!
That is a PR of over 3 minutes from my best time.  The pullups went great until about 70 or 80 when I added in some time by having to break the set of 10 up, but I still finished in about 6:30 (1 minutes less than normal).  Pushups started great too with sets broken at about 70.  I only added in about 30 seconds here with a time of about 4:30 (2-3 minutes less than normal) and a total time for the first 2 ex at 11 minutes.  I took about 3-3:30 for sits, since they are painfully slow for me.  The squats, usually my strength, started to hurt by rep 30.  This was left over from the DOMS of the competition.  I was so close to sub 17, but I know I can get it next time with fresh legs and a better plan.  I am very excited to have a break through like this on a nemesis.  I don't know how to do situps faster, but it may just be a weakness for me for a while.
