It has been a long week.  With the holidays and all of the craziness that goes with it, I have had less sleep lately.  WoDs haven't been too intense lately, but still tiring.  I struggled to get out of bed today, but made it in.  I figured we would have a lot of warm-up wod and finisher wod, but we didn't today.  I was relieved.
Squat clean 7x1
I worked up to a 1rm of 240.  I was very close to 245, but I couldn't get my elbows around fast enough and ended up dumping it in the bottom 2xs.  I really wanted 245, but it wasn't in the cards today.  I am happy with the 10 lb improvement over my last time (in July or August).  I just need to get my jerk up higher so I can get a combined C+J of 245 or 240.  
I may take tomorrow as a rest day.  Or I'll do 5 rounds of row 500m, run 400m.  I need to work on intensity this week, but the body may say otherwise.
